ADD Coach Sue Venman "A vision without a task is but a dream. A task without a vision is drudgery. A vision with a task is the hope of the world."
--circa 1730, seen on a church in Sussex, England My name is Sue Venman. I am a life coach and founder of Catching Fire!, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and groups struggling with ADHD traits achieve their personal and professional best.
As a life coach, certified by The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA, I bring a rich mix of experience and training to my clients. In addition to my certification in life coaching, I have specialized training in ADHD coaching. I also hold degrees in spiritual direction and human development. Combining these with my background in education, ministry, counseling, community advocacy and parenting, I inspire and support my clients to step into their full potential.
My success is rooted in my ability to connect individuals with what motivates and inspires them. I am passionately committed to helping my clients connect with their calling in life: When we lead from a grounded sense of who we are called to be, rather than being driven by circumstances and “shoulds,” our lives transform into guided paths. Honing the tools and developing the strategies to enable individuals to move forward with intention and clarity is my life’s work. And, yes, it’s fulfilling – but it’s also a heck of a lot of fun!
I live in a 200 year old farm house in a small village in southern Vermont surrounded by five beautiful and wise daughters. I love to hike, snowshoe, canoe, kayak and take long, meandering walks to no place in particular. Most summer evenings will find me playing in the garden, rain or shine!
As your coach, you can count on me to:- Listen deeply to your story with my undivided attention.
- Tell you the truth of what I see in your life.
- Challenge you to do your best work at all times.
